BENEFITS OF REGISTRATION

To bid and post items you must be a registered member. Registration is free.
Once registered, you will have opened an account with BOATpal and are given your own secure MY AREA section. From here you place your ads, monitor your bids & auctions, watch items, and top up your account balance to pay your BOATpal fees. (NB The cost of any item is between the buyer and seller and doesn't involve BOATpal).

In essence...
1. This is an auction site. The site just provides the venue for the introduction between the buyer and seller.
2. FEES are charged for selling via 'auction' (or 'sell now') and placing 'wanted ads'. ie an insertion fee and a final price fee or a wanted ad fee. See FEES.
3. No charge is made by us for browsing, bidding or buying.
4. When the auction or sale ends, or when responding to a wanted ad, you deal direct with the seller (or buyer) yourself. The site is not involved in any way with the payment between the buyer and the seller or in the safe delivery of the product. So please make sure YOU are happy before parting with any goods or money. 5. You also accept that we have final say over who uses this site and how it is used.
